Every engagement follows the same shape. The work changes; the structure doesn't.

Discovery call
30 minutes · no charge
A short conversation to understand what you're trying to solve, what's been tried, and whether we're the right fit. We'll tell you honestly if we're not.
Step 02
Diagnostic
Short, defined engagement
Once we agree there's a fit, we run a focused diagnostic to map the current state, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and recommend a clear path forward — with scope, timeline, and expected outcomes.
Step 03
Implementation
4–12 weeks, project-based
We execute against the diagnostic — hands-on, working alongside your team, focused on the outcomes we defined. Engagements end with a clean handoff: documented, trained, and yours to operate.
Pricing is quoted based on scope after the discovery call — fixed-fee where it fits, time-and-materials where it doesn't. We'll lay it out clearly before any commitment.
- Do you work alongside our team, or replace people?
- Alongside, always. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with your existing team — implementing, integrating, and training — so when the engagement ends, your people own and operate what we built. We're not interested in creating dependencies.
- Are you fully remote, or do you come onsite?
- Most work is done remotely, but we come onsite when it matters — diagnostic kickoffs, key implementation milestones, and operational work where seeing the floor firsthand is essential. Manufacturing and industrial engagements typically include planned onsite days.
- Do you sign NDAs, and how do you handle confidentiality?
- Yes — we're happy to sign your NDA before any substantive conversation, or we can send a mutual template. Everything shared with us during an engagement is treated as confidential by default, including after the engagement ends.
